FIrst Post

So yes, this is my first post, I call it first post.  I have been encouraged to write a blog, not sure what it is going to be like yet, but at least I started!  Today as many days I have said, wow! really?   I began my day trying to determine if I actually have health insurance.  My husband and I filled out forms a couple of months to try and get on a different plan.  I am on disability but did not qualify for medical assistance.  We have been paying over 500 bucks for MCHA insurance the past couple of years.  After filing with MNsure we were told that we qualified but that they needed more info.  We submitted the appropriate forms, that we received along with what looked like 2 membership cards.  Saturday we received notice that they had not gotten our forms.  I called today to find out just where in the process we were.  Get this, I was informed that both hubby and I have had coverage since January 1!    Wow! Really?
